• Unlimited property search fee on or off market properties
• Visual or virtual inspections for clients
• Market analysis and property due diligence
• Property negotiations
• Auction representation (if required)
• Affiliated building and pest inspection
• Affiliated conveyancing introductions (if required)
• Property manager inspections (if required)
• Final inspection

INITIAL SEARCH FEE: $1,500.00 + GST
BALANCE IF SUCCESSFUL:
1.5% of Purchase Price + GST
(Affiliated services are charged independently & highly recommended)
