I have to say this was one of the best experiences of my life in purchasing my dream apartment on the Sunshine Coast through this agency. Steve was fantastic. Following our on-line conference in which I described my preferences Rachael searched the Caloundra area for properties that met my interest within my price range. Being based in Brisbane it was difficult to attend open homes every weekend to find the right one for us. Rachael did all this hard work for us. She consistently asked questions to hone in on what we were truly after. Showed us many options of homes and locations at various price points and land sizes. After researching different buyers agents on the coast to help us buy our first home, we found Sunshine Coast Buyers Agents. Steve promptly called us and asked a few questions to understand what we were after. Our process wasn’t the easiest, as we had to get the Foreign Investment Board's approval to purchase a home in Australia.
